Artificial intelligence has taken a new dimension altogether, with much progress done by getting it to replicate the well-rounded human intelligence. There are places where labour intensive jobs can be taken over by the artificial intelligence, has not settled well with humans as that would lead to unemployment issues and the fear of artificial intelligence may take over the world is also far-fetched. Now you can actually see the future of robotics and artificial intelligence.
There is no fear that this would happen, robots with artificial intelligence will be required in places where finesse is required. The need for the artificial intelligence bots have to engage, think and respond accordingly was a challenge that has taken years of work and finally a certain amount of breakthrough was made, and this has become of the ways that robots can take up jobs, humans have been doing. Monotonous jobs have been taken over where there was no involvement of creativity. The absence of emotional quotient is one of the things that is lacking these artificial intelligence bots. As humans who learn as they get on the work and get better with time with the abilities to work better and faster, unlike the robots. There are times humans find many other ways to do the same job, the creativity sets in and there is invention, discovery and function which is not possible with machines. The is definite need of using machines where there is an absolute necessity other than for every task as this would not only make people lose jobs, but creativity and evolution of man will die down as they wold be severe dependency of machines for everything.
The productivity of people as well as the next generation will be hampered if we let all the tasks to be carried out by bots. The need to have the emotional connect and the reaction to various situations and work and otherwise would be limited and it would perhaps be of little expression and more a gesture. The need to use machine in places where there is a great deal of precision may be required such healthcare and surgery, where human error can be fatal. Hence places where emotions don’t play a part the need to incorporate the use of machines are a must.
